Yoga nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Its also an incredibly easy practice and probably one of the simplest and least intimidating methods of meditation. All you need to do is try and remain alert by listening to my voice, but don’t worry if you do drift off to sleep it is still effective.
