These are tools which support and deepen the simple understanding I want to help people to grasp so you can let go of stress and worry and really enjoy & optimise your life.

I am going to keep every practice to just 15 minutes or less, not because its the optimum time, but because its the most effective amount of time to make an effective change.

I have tested them all on myself and only share ones that I observe to work or are backed by science.
