Yoga Life Coach in Cambridge

I coach using a combination of yoga and practical structure life coaching.
Through Yoga I bring understanding and balance to the mind, body and life. Through structure and coaching we help you design your best life and give you the tools, support and guidance to live it until it becomes a habit.

So why yoga?

Yoga is the only system (I have come across) that offer a complete solution, yoga is not just physical poses (asanas), it is so much more.
It is a complete system for understanding the body, mind, breath & life.
I have tried so many things and all roads eventually lead to yoga, because it has been perfected over thousands of years by people who have truly
mastered life. This is not small thing, I have a very good understanding of the fitness industry, the motivational industry and the coaching industry and
they are all new systems, they are still developing. When they have fully developed they will include all areas of life. Look at any great coach and they
will tell you important each of these areas is and recommend you to a specialist along side what they are doing. In time this will become one system.
But again you must understand for a course to be truly balanced & take into all aspects of life, the person who creates hat course has to have truly
mastered all areas of life.

What is yoga?

Understanding the mind:
Yoga has a detailed understanding of the theoretical side of the mind, It massively simplifies life.
Breathing practices (Pranayama):
Can be used to bring balancing & calming the mind & body, it can also be used to build energy and so much more.
Physical Yoga (Asanas):
These can be used to bring balance to the body and mind. Its to about flexibility of range of motion. They are often the simplest method to bring you
away from a busy mind and into the present moment.
Meditation, Kryas, Bundas and Mandalas:
These are practices that allow you to develop inner balalnce, build energy and Joy. They can be used to build much more than this, but first its really
important to master the basics.

How coaching works:

Coaching is not about me telling you how to live your life, its about working together to design the optimum life for you and for me to support you on
that journey.
We start with a free call to chat about what you’d like to achieve. We get to know each other and work out how we want to work together.
I dont dig into problems, We don’t need to dig into the past, we just optimise your understanding of life. We figure out the areas of life we are focusing
on and make sure these are fixed during our sessions.
Our sessions are very positive and enjoyable, they are depending on your needs a combination of coaching, shifts in understanding, new tools and
yoga practices.
I also develop individual yoga practice videos for you and have a library of ones I can send you.
Ultimately I am all about making life simple, and a joy. I look forward to helping you.

Coaching Packages

6 sessions  – Each session is 90 minutes long. I can possibly shorten these to fit around your schedule but 90 minutes is ideal.

The sessions are ideally weekly for the first 4 weeks.

They also include personalised practices, training videos, and a lot of support and guidance as this really is the key.

Six sessions typically takes around 8 weeks we can make a great deal of progress together.

Sessions can be done in person or online.
